About the role :

• Support in IS presales practice;
• Support and interaction with Orange main partners and distributors (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, HPE / Aruba, etc);
• Quality, knowledge sharing, learning and adaptation;
• Expertise on Integration Services products and services, logistics, vendors, etc;
• bids, critical escalations linked to a product;
• Partner proximity and « train the trainer » approach;
• Work with sales team to promote new ERS (equipment resale), Software and services (take over and renew

Develop and maintain certification plan to attend partners requirements and support the Company's certification strategy (i.e. maintaining a track of Support renewal opportunities, etc)

About you :

• Excellent understanding of integration services business;
• Overall knowledge on key partners solutions;
• Expertise in partners processes from registering an opportunity until place the order to guarantee Orange competitiveness
• Existing relationship with key partners interlocutors (desirable);
• Overall knowledge on IS Supply Chain elements (Taxes, Logistics, Importation);
• Ability to run financial assessments and use tools such as : TCO, ROI etc tools;
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and excel); etc.
