About the Role
You'll be our core design lead, working closely with strategy, growth and creative direction. You'll shape ideas and also execute them — from campaign concepts to ads, landing pages and newsletters. This is a hands‑on role with real creative ownership.
What You’ll Do
Campaigns & Marketing Systems
- Translate strategy into clear, strong creative concepts across digital and offline channels.
- Design campaign assets with a defined role in the funnel and customer journey.
- Create ad visuals for digital channels (Meta, Google, display, social).
- Regularly design offline assets such as posters, flyers, brochures, and OOH for selected clients.
- Ensure offline and digital assets feel part of one coherent system.
- Think in systems: how ideas, formats, and visuals repeat, adapt, and scale.
Brand & Digital Design
- Design and evolve brand systems rather than isolated assets.
- Create website and landing page visuals focused on clarity, structure, and conversion.
- Ensure consistency across brand, campaigns, CRM, web, and physical materials.
- Work with developers or page builders to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Email & CRM Design
- Design newsletters and email journeys as part of a wider marketing system.
- Build or adapt emails using HTML templates or ESP editors.
- Design within real‑world email constraints (responsiveness, compatibility).
- Create reusable visual patterns for CRM and lifecycle communications.
UX‑Minded Design
- Apply UX thinking to websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels.
- Create wireframes, flows, or structural layouts when helpful.
- Design for understanding, usability, and decision‑making — not decoration.
- Apply UX principles to offline materials where they guide behaviour or action.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience as a designer (agency, studio, or in‑house).
- Minimum B2 level of English.
- A strong portfolio showing thoughtful digital and campaign work.
- Excellent graphic design fundamentals (layout, typography, hierarchy).
- Experience designing across digital and offline touchpoints.
- Solid understanding of performance‑driven and conversion‑aware design.
- Working knowledge of HTML for emails / newsletters (no full development required).
- UX awareness and user‑centred thinking.
- Ability to work autonomously, take ownership, and make sound creative decisions.
- Availability to work closer to European time.
- Nice‑to‑haves: UX / project experience.
- Experience working in sprints or agile environments.
- Motion basics (After Effects, Lottie, simple animations).
- Experience with Figma and Adobe CC.
- Interest in systems, automation, or marketing infrastructure.
How We Work
- Small, senior‑led team.
- High trust, low bureaucracy.
- Clear briefs and clear expectations.
- Direct client impact and visibility.
- Specialists brought in when needed — you’re not expected to do everything.
What We Offer
- A central creative role with real influence on how BLND works.
- Space to think, not just produce.
- A mix of strategic, digital, and offline projects.
- Flexible working (fully remote).
- Competitive compensation, based on experience.
- Opportunity to grow into a broader creative leadership role as BLND scales.
About BLND
BLND is a marketing engineering agency working with B2B2C companies that don’t have large in‑house marketing teams but need structure, clarity, and systems before they scale.
We help businesses connect their business buyers, partners, and end customers through well‑designed marketing systems. That means strategy, CRM, automation, data flows, websites, campaigns, and — where relevant — offline materials that all work together.
We don’t focus on producing more content.
We focus on designing how marketing actually works.
Founded in2023, BLND builds on over 12 years of experience across strategy, design, marketing, and technology. We work in small, senior teams, value clear thinking over noise, and care deeply about quality, ownership, and long‑term impact.
