Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (long term assignment), for a Senior Full Stack Developer in Brazil. You will join one of our North American client's engineering team to elevate their customer support operations through AI and agentic applications, and optimize intelligent systems that enhance customer experience across all support channels. As an experienced developer, you will be focusing on automation-first solutions to support the client´s growing customer base, building and providing support to existing agents and applications.

You will participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.

Responsibilities

• Join one of our North American client's engineering teams to elevate customer support operations through AI and agentic applications.
• Optimize intelligent systems that enhance customer experience across all support channels.
• Focus on automation-first solutions to support the client’s growing customer base, building and providing support to existing agents and applications.
• Participate in the client's team ceremonies and other sessions.

Required Qualifications

• Strong English communication, writing and verbal.
• Experience working independently and remotely.
• Experience building AI agents.
• Experience integrating with AI APIs e.g. GPT (OpenAI), Claude (Anthropic).
• Experience building end to end applications with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, Python, and Node.js.
• Experience with REST APIs and system connectivity.

Bonus Qualifications

• Background in customer support teams or technical operations roles is a plus.
