Role Purpose

Reporting to the FP&A Manager LATAM, the F&A Analyst will be responsible for projection and analysis of P&L fixed and variable production costs (forecast and budget) and report process of results to the global team ensuring high quality and accuracy of information.

We are looking for a very organized professional analytic driver capable of quickly adapting and establishing good connections with stakeholders (regional and global).

Responsibilities

• Closing and Report
• Prepare and analyze the management P&L of monthly closing. Analysis focuses on profitability business variation and volume price and mix effect.
• Manage the closing of fixed and variable cost of production plant.
• Responsible report process to global and regional team (closing forecast and budget).
• Projection of P&L by customer product and region (forecast and Budget).
• Conduct detail analysis of results (volume price mix and cost effect).
• Projection of fixed variable and administration expenses of production plant.
• Develop and report financial dashboard with top line that will be used for strategic decisions.
• Be the focal point as financial support to the regional team. Preparing and assuring the high quality of the financial analysis.
• Be support on strategic projects. Preparing and assuring the high quality of financial analysis that will be used by the making decisions.

Competencies

• Experience of at least 4 years in FP&A and strong knowledge of P&L (volume sales cost and margin)
• Analytical drivers deep attention to the details good communication and capable of easily establishing good connections with stakeholders
• Proactive strong efficiency committed to the delivery carrier ambition critical thinker problem solver and very organized
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Fluent in English (constant contact with global team)
• Spanish will be a differential
• Power BI will be differential
