What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Partner with data engineering teams for data ingestion, storage, search, and delivery methodologies
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer success and drive business growth
• Stay updated with industry trends and articulate their relevance to customers
• Provide ongoing operational support of production dashboards to ensure high availability and data integrity
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product Management, and Product Marketing

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop rapport across technical and non-technical teams
• Proficiency in SQL for querying, data manipulation, and integration with data platforms
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in data storage (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure blob) and visualization solutions (Tableau)
• Experience building dynamic Tableau dashboards utilizing advanced features
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant work experience
