Senior Mobile Developer – Ventures

Role Overview

In this role, you will work within a scrum team to bring designs and ideas to life for new or improved mobile applications. This work will support a mix of internal and external clients, and you will contribute to projects currently in production.

Responsibilities

• Start your day on a scrum call to prioritize and track work.
• Select user stories to work on during each sprint cycle.
• Spend most of your day developing and testing your code, and participate in release activities every three weeks.
• Lead design, develop, debug, and deploy complex mobile software solutions.
• Serve as a mentor to junior developers, assign user stories, and balance priorities while considering the technical interests and strengths of each team member.

Qualifications

• Expert in React Native, Swift (iOS), or Kotlin (Android).
• Highly desirable: Node.js backend development, RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD, and Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, or Firebase).
• Solid grasp of mobile app architecture and backend connectivity is essential.
• Enthusiastic creator eager to learn and take on stretch assignments, always looking for ways to incorporate new technologies into building products.
