A global online learning platform is seeking a Data Analyst to develop and execute complex data analyses. You will identify patterns and trends, deliver actionable insights, and guide team members in data practices. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years in data analytics, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in statistical methods. This is a fully remote position based in Brazil, aligned with Brasília Standard Time. Opportunities for growth and collaboration with teams across the U.S. are available.

About Your Team

At Teachable, our Data team aims to support company data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Data, you will collaborate with business and product teams to validate hypotheses, answer complex business questions, help the company in uncertain scenarios, perform data experiments, and disseminate actionable insights.

About You

You will take the lead in exploring data and cross-business variables, uncovering patterns and trends, identifying new data sources, and delivering valuable insights to various departments.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute complex data analyses using statistical techniques and modeling to validate business hypotheses.
• Detect patterns, trends and anomalies in data and translate them into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business growth.
• Serve as a key expert in data analysis, providing guidance and best practices to team members and stakeholders across the company.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of experience within data analytics and / or data science.
• Strong curiosity for uncovering insights from data.
• Proven experience in delivering data studies focused on generating and sharing actionable data.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, including hypothesis testing and statistical modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting data directly from source systems.
• Sharp critical thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment with fast learning and deliveries.
• Advanced English proficiency (conversational, listening, writing).

Nice to Have

• Ability to perform data cleaning and processing steps using Python or R languages.
• Hands‑on experience in building Machine Learning models.

This is a fully remote role based in Brazil, and you'll collaborate closely with teams across the U.S. and Brazil. Your work will follow Brasília Standard Time, and you'll be hired as a CLT contract employee with compensation in BRL.
