Your role

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications within the assigned category.
• Develop communication and change management plans, including supplier decisions.
• Identify, assess, and negotiate with suppliers, managing contracts and relationships.
• Conduct negotiations and evaluate offers based on Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Develop sourcing tactics and supplier selection criteria for delegated spend.
• Support and execute projects related to procurement initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships, monitor performance, and elevate critical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance and category management.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Fluent in English (additional languages like Spanish or French are a plus).
