Job Description
Users support
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues; provide training and support to users.
- Liaise with network administrators, system analysts, and software engineers to resolve problems with software products or company systems.
- Escalate issues to Service Manager and Software Developer Lead.
- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Participate in ATLAS Deployment/Rollout activities.
- Configure systems, conduct user trainings and hyper‑care support for Deployment/Rollout projects.
- Analyze, clean‑up, and migrate master data and transactional data from legacy to target systems.
Oversight
- Part of the global Support team to provide expertise on complex functional topics.
- Act as the escalation contact to regional Support teams within the same time‑zone and liaise to resolve user‑reported functional issues.
- Coordinate development: categorize issues based on impact/urgency, re‑assign to development teams, and identify workarounds.
- Document business requirements.
- Review and finalize functional specifications; refine with the Dev team.
Testing
- Provide guidance and support to regional and global business during test campaigns.
Process Improvement
- Identify process gaps and provide improvement plans for Build and Run processes.
Experience and Qualifications
- 5‑7+ years of strong technical or operational experience in financial or trading systems with a track record of completing project plans.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business or computer science.
- Experience analyzing, implementing, and supporting enterprise business systems.
- Experience in cross‑functional project teams; ability to perform in roles from individual contributor to leadership.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage project teams using structured delivery methodologies.
- Experience establishing effective relationships across business organizations; success in diverse, problem‑solving environments.
- Experience in an international, multicultural environment and working in global teams.
- Business analysis, story writing, backlog management.
- Incident analysis and incident management.
- Advanced SQL querying.
- Understanding of API data integration and database concepts.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).
Strong knowledge of the agribusiness industry
- Experience with functional and technical aspects of major enterprise business systems and related technologies.
- Quick learner, capable of ramping up on new domains independently and with minimal prompting.
