What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Analyze and compile clinical, financial, and operational data to support company initiatives
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related field
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in a related field
• Strong familiarity with outpatient/retail pharmacy applications and reporting
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Previous experience in pharmacy finance, health system finance, and/or 340B programs
• Strong understanding of retail pharmacy operations and the pharmaceutical industry
• Ability to convey analysis results in an easy-to-follow format
