Senior Agile Project Manager PositionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team in São Paulo.This position involves leading Agile projects, managing backlogs, and aligning business goals with technology delivery.

As a Senior Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for defining product scope, elaborating detailed requirements, and coordinating sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming.

Write user stories and estimate resources needed by the development team.

Coordinate and manage sprint planning meetings and backlog grooming.

Work closely with developers to clarify doubts and prioritize demands.

Monitor homologations and pilot phases.

Prepare and follow up on project schedules, status reports, and control routines.

Ensure on-time deliveries and project milestones.RequirementsTo succeed as a Senior Agile Project Manager, you must have : Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Product Owner or similar role.Professional proficiency in English and / or Spanish.Solid experience with Agile frameworks.Certifications : CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner).
