Qualificações

  • Liaise with client manager to resolve accounting issues.
  • Monitor accounting issues with offshore handler to ensure quality output.
  • Assist managers with reporting and ad-hoc tasks.

What the day will look like

Perform daily accounting operation in account payable and receivable function

Handle invoice payments, receipts, and reconciliation of accounts with client & reinsurers

Investigate if any discrepancies within the reconciliation and follow up with respective units

Liaise with client manager to understand client's needs and resolve accounting issues

Monitor / liaise with offshore handler on accounting or settlement issues to ensure quality output.

Participate in UAT for system projects in relating to system enhancement if required.

Assist managers on reporting and other ad-hoc tasks.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

Graduate with Accounting / Finance / Business degree.

At least 2-3 years relevant Accounting experience in reinsurance / insurance sector preferred.

Strong technical skills in MS Excel.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Good interpersonal skill, analytical skill and problem-solving skill.

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Detailed minded, proactive, accurate and meticulous.

Immediate available preferred.
