Overview
The Security Manager will be responsible for coordinating the security operation of the client's technological environment. This professional will be directly involved in leading day-to-day operations, customer relations, budget management, strategic planning, and monitoring performance indicators. We are looking for a professional with strong leadership capabilities and experience managing complex security operations, capable of building and maintaining strategic internal and external relationships, acting collaboratively, and supporting the team to ensure excellence in service delivery to the client. Responsibilities
- Lead on-site security operations aligned with regional guidelines and security standards.
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and mitigate security and emergency risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and security partners.
- Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives, escalating as needed.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Oversee daily site operations, including staffing coverage, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Manage and develop on-site security teams, ensuring performance and readiness.
- Lead local incident and crisis response, ensuring accurate reporting and escalation.
- Plan and participate in tabletop exercises, simulations, and operational drills.
- Monitor key performance indicators and support operational reporting.
- Maintain clear communication and alignment with regional leadership and teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a related field (Corporate Security, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent).
- Advanced English proficiency for professional and strategic communication.
- Proven experience in corporate security, risk management, asset protection, and incident response.
- Strong capability in scenario analysis, decision-making, and action plan development.
- Ability to maintain situational awareness in complex operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with focus on operational continuity.
- Experience working with law enforcement and public safety agencies is a plus.
- Availability to respond to security incidents and emergencies as required.
