A technology company in Brazil is looking for an experienced Agile facilitator to manage ART events and coach teams on lean-agile principles. The role includes organizing major PI Planning, ensuring effective problem-solving across teams, and communicating with stakeholders to align business and technical strategies. Familiarity with Salesforce and strong knowledge of JIRA are essential. This position provides an opportunity to foster a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in facilitating Agile Release Trains (ART).
• Strong skills in problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Ability to coach teams on lean-agile principles.

Key Responsibilities – Facilitation & Coordination

Coaching & Mentoring

Coaches teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners in lean‑agile principles.

Promotes a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Risk & Impediment Management

Identifies, tracks, and helps resolve impediments and risks.

Escalates critical issues to leadership when needed.

Flow & Value Optimization

Optimizes the flow of value across the ART.

Helps manage dependencies and architectural runway.

Stakeholder Communication

Communicates with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.

Links business strategy to technical execution.
