What you’ll be doing

• Overseeing day‑to‑day operations, ensuring our features are working properly, and monitoring metrics to understand customer behaviour
• Liaising with local teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance
• Managing project prioritisation:
  • Defining playbooks and processes for execution of services to continue enabling hyper‑growth
  • Managing critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
  • Identifying and developing financial features, as well as operational, licensing, and growth opportunities

What you’ll need

• Fluency in English
• Advanced SQL skills
• Experience conducting robust data analysis
• A proven ability to break down complex problems
• Experience in fast‑paced environments, such as in tech, consulting, project management, or corporate strategy
• A track record of achievement, whether academic, professional, or in competitive environments (including sports)
• Natural curiosity and a drive to make an impact
• The ability to build a solid business case and rally others to bring your ideas to life
