We are looking for a part-time, remote Salesforce Administrator with 3-5 years of Salesforce administration experience to join our U.S. client's team. You will work 10 to 15 hours per week supporting the ongoing development, configuration, and management of Salesforce across the Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a keen analytical mind, and the ability to drive business outcomes through platform optimization and insightful data analysis.

Our client has thousands of veterinarians in its customer base today (and counting).

Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-organizational teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and optimal performance
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and other settings to support business processes
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights and improve user productivity
  • Design and implement new features or system enhancements
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms, ensuring data consistency and seamless functionality
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for new configurations, automation, and system updates
  • Monitor and manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings in accordance with company policies
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices; recommend improvements and lead adoption of new capabilities
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation for more effective system usage
Required Experience
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in enterprise, B2B environments
  • Proficiency in Salesforce setup and configuration
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles and Salesforce best practices
  • Experience in Sales Cloud and Salesforce Flow development, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Experience with integration tools and third-party platforms
  • Ability to review, design, and test new features and customizations independently
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning as well as staying current with platform updates

Preferred Experience
