Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in their efficiency by managing tasks, CRM accuracy, schedules, and follow‑up processes. This role is responsible for maintaining CRM with accurate lead information, call notes, and pipeline status.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain CRM with accurate lead information, call notes, and pipeline status.
  • Inbound application grading for prospects.
  • Schedule sales calls, follow‑ups, and client onboarding activities.
  • Send follow‑up emails, texts, and reminders to prospects on behalf of the sales team.
  • Track KPIs, generate sales reports, and maintain dashboards for team visibility.
  • Handle administrative tasks including calendar management, data entry, and file organization.
  • Support lead nurturing campaigns and re‑engagement sequences.
