Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the Startup Sales team in North America, focusing on revenue results and high‑impact activities

Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a team of Account Executives delivering $5M/year+ in ARR at a growth‑stage SaaS company
  • Demonstrated track record of hiring and onboarding successful sales representatives
  • Strong coaching skills with the ability to identify and address knowledge gaps
