A leading agricultural company is seeking a Sales Manager for the Nordics responsible for managing key sales relationships and developing business strategy plans with channel partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and experience in the agricultural B2B sector. TheSales Manager Nordicswill have responsibility for managing our sales with our key channel partner(s) and the sales we make to them.
This role is the first calling point for leaders of our channel customers’ businesses and will establish close, long-term focused relationships with key decision-makers in the customer business and also forming a strong relationship with Key influencers like HIR/Växtråd/SEGES/Hushållningsällskapet and farmer groups like Scandinavian farmers. Using great relationship building skills and strong business acumen, the Sales manager will develop a clear understanding of the key drivers of our customer’s business and their strategic intentions for the future. From this a Business Strategy Plan should be developed collaboratively to agree how Nufarm can assist in the success of a channel partner’s business over the short and long term. The long-term strategy plan should be presented in a customer plan that is agreed with country management.
Constant connection to Country management, Customer Service, in the execution of order taking, pricing negotiation and sales management will be essential.
