Sales Manager – Cement and Construction Additives – Brazil F/M
Permanent contract – Fortaleza (Brazil) or full remote from Brazil.

Main responsibilities:

  1. Take in charge the business development of a range of mineral additives for construction materials on the Brazilian market.
  2. Identify, prospect, qualify, and develop a portfolio of customers in the dry mix and concrete formulation market.
  3. Negotiate commercial contracts to achieve a successful supply to your customers with optimal results.
  4. Follow-up product approval and testing with potential customers all along the approval process, providing the necessary technical support.
  5. Conduct the technical promotion of the products on the Brazilian market (participation in fairs, industry events…).
  6. Exchange with the Global Business Line Manager in France on new market opportunities.
  7. Oversee the full order and delivery process to create the best service for your customers.
  8. Ensure the reporting of your commercial activity (CRM).

An onboarding training period as well as technical and commercial support will ensure that you are quickly operational on the raw materials and specialty markets.

Profile required:

Preferably, you graduated with a Bachelor / Master / Engineer degree, majoring in civil engineering or construction material formulation. You have a first significant experience in sales of technical products/solutions in the Construction Chemicals sector. If you have a business/sales degree, you must possess technical knowledge with wide technical sales experience in the Construction Materials/Chemicals industry.

Your key factors of success rely on your ground presence, your capacity to adapt to your interlocutors, your strength of conviction, your tenacity, and your technical and commercial expertise.

Perfect command of English and Portuguese is mandatory for this role.

National and international travelling up to 40-50% of the working time.
