Solar energy, photovoltaic and the new energy industry related Sales Manager

Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement sales strategies, plans and goals to ensure they are in line with the company's sales targets and strategies.
  • Develop regional markets, seek sales opportunities, and expand the market share of component products.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationships, communicate and negotiate with customers to obtain sales opportunities.
  • Supervise the sales team, provide sales guidance and training, and ensure that the sales team achieves the sales targets.
  • Track sales performance, conduct sales data analysis and reporting, and adjust sales strategies and plans in a timely manner.
  • Cooperate with other departments, coordinate resources, and support the smooth progress of sales activities.
  • Keep track of market dynamics and the situation of competitors, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage the performance of the sales team, conduct regular sales performance appraisals and implement incentive plans.
  • Team Building: Keep abreast of team developments in a timely manner, provide various training and expansion opportunities for the team, and create a positive and upward team atmosphere.
  • Training Management: Develop a good training plan, organize and supervise the staff of this department to complete the training, and enhance the working ability of employees.
Requirements
  • Full‑time bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English.
  • More than 5 years of working experience in the same industry, familiar with various office uses; solar energy, photovoltaic and the new energy industry related.
  • Possessing solid theoretical basic knowledge and technical experience, capable of independently solving business problems.
  • Possess strong logical thinking and communication skills, and have the ability to develop the market.
