Descrição da oferta de emprego

Goal: Lead Global Services (GS) sales and business development activities for a priority AWS growth initiative.

Grow GS across all industry sectors by targeting key customer cohorts – start‑ups and large enterprises – and by working closely with AWS partners and customer account teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and articulate GS value proposition for the target customer cohorts.
  • Collaborate with customer account teams, stakeholder groups and partners to win new GS customers and secure public references.
  • Test, iterate and validate win strategies and routes to market for GS services and offerings under the overall initiative.
  • Provide feedback to GS product teams to shape existing or develop new GS offerings.
  • Partner with the GS deals team on tailored and custom proposals throughout the sales cycle.
  • Codify successful tactics, motions, and plays for account teams and GS BD/Sales teams.
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in sales/BD roles at a technology products and services company.
  • 3+ years of experience in an incubation sales/BD or related role with demonstrated results.
  • Ability to write and execute focused sales/BD plans that secure early lighthouse customer wins and references.
  • Strong aptitude for learning new domains/offering and becoming an expert.
  • Track record of being ‘right a lot’ and delivering results in early‑stage business development activities.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills (both written and verbal).
  • Experience communicating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Adept at cross‑functional execution within AWS internal, customer, and partner organizations.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, management levels, cultures, and personalities as part of a GTM strategy or customer pursuit.
  • Data‑driven but comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Very good problem‑solver.
  • Track record of being inventive, frugal, and focused.
  • Simplifies complexity and can codify successful practices into scalable propositions for hand‑off to other teams.
  • Strong bias for working backwards from internal and external customers.
  • Favors iterative hypothesis / test / analyze / improve approaches.
  • Proven ownership and drive results.
  • Self‑starter with strong business acumen and high judgment.
