Qualificações

  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related field in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Previous experience in sales or technical sales strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to support onboarding and ongoing learning programs.

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support the development and execution of onboarding and ongoing education programs for Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales teams
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including in-person onboarding weeks
  • Maintain and update enablement content such as playbooks and product training resources
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to reinforce key behaviors through coaching and education
  • Track program impact using performance trends and feedback to guide improvements
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in sales or technical sales strongly preferred
  • Experience working with teams that sell into the Office of the CFO is a plus
  • Proven ability to support onboarding and ongoing learning programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
  • Experience supporting Sales Manager enablement and adjacent teams such as Pre-Sales or Customer Success
  • Confident communicator and facilitator with strong project management skills
  • Instructional design experience or coursework is a plus
