Dingus & Zazzy is looking for a versatile, out-of-the-box Sales Development Rep in Brazil. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the ideal SDR is someone who loves cold calling, has CRM experience, carries a hunter mentality, and loves to be coached on advanced selling tactics.
The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong communication skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Use extensive knowledge and consumer research to demonstrate how our solutions meet customer needs, effectively representing the company’s products and services
Nurture cold and warm prospects and uncover new sales opportunities to generate leads and establish relationships
Develop and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, actively involving sales executives in the next steps
Identify and implement effective strategies to improve the company’s lead funnel
Utilizing Hub Spot, cold calls, and email to generate sales opportunities
Identifying prospect needs and recommending suitable products or services
Building trusted, long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads for sales
Arranging meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
Providing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on results to the sales manager
Two or more years of sales experience with a track record of exceeding lead targets
Strong communication skills via phone and email
Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Loves being coached
Is available to work 8 : 30 am–5 pm ET
Experience as a sales development representative, with a track record of achieving sales quotas
Proficiency with Hub Spot or other CRM software
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or at least five years of relevant work experience
