Job Title: Remote Healthcare Recruiter

Location: Fully Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (CST/EST/PST)

Salary: USD $1,200/month + performance bonus

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in hiring caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, nurses, or other healthcare support staff. In this role, you will source, evaluate, and manage candidates across multiple recruitment channels, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care.

You will work directly with our team to understand staffing needs, maintain healthy candidate pipelines, and ensure fast, effective recruitment processes — all while delivering a positive experience for clients and caregivers.

This is a role for someone proactive, organized, empathetic, and highly skilled in healthcare talent acquisition, especially in fast‑paced home care environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and attract qualified caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and healthcare support professionals using Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, referrals, and healthcare job boards.
  • Conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks, ensuring candidates meet state, compliance, and quality‑of‑care standards.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of active and passive healthcare candidates for ongoing staffing needs.
  • Coordinate hiring workflows including onboarding, credential verification, reference checks, and documentation compliance.
  • Collaborate with the care team to understand staffing priorities, shifts, and client needs.
  • Provide consistent follow‑up with candidates to ensure engagement, reduce no‑shows, and improve retention.
  • Support client communication by ensuring timely updates on staffing progress, caregiver placements, and any issues.
  • Track key recruiting metrics (applications, interviews, hires, caregiver show‑up rate, retention) to optimize performance.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, home care, senior care, or staffing agencies.
  • Experience hiring caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, medical assistants, or similar roles.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal). Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in home care (TB test, CPR, background checks, certifications, etc.).
  • Experience working in a fully remote environment with high autonomy.
  • Proficiency using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, myCNAjobs, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple openings at once.
  • High empathy, professionalism, and ability to evaluate candidates not only on skills but on compassion and reliability — core traits in home care.
  • Must have a professional remote work setup and reliable internet.
  • Strong Zoom presence and communication required - English (C1/C2).
  • As part of the recruitment process, candidates will be asked to submit an introduction video.
