This position is located in São Paulo / Capital and will be remote with frequent travel across LATAM and presence at customer offices.
You will be a part of the Services and Applications team and report to the Services and Applications Manager.
The role involves providing technical guidance, training, and field support while collaborating with commercial teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the regional subject matter expert for Leica products, providing technical and application support to customers, training Field Service Engineers (FSE), Field Application Specialists (FAS), and indirect channels across LATAM.
Manage knowledge base across the region for services by delivering product training and workshops for internal teams, indirect channels, and customers, ensuring proper usage and best practices.
Escalate critical technical issues, troubleshoot services promptly, and follow up on corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Monitor product performance in the field, collect feedback, and communicate improvement opportunities to global product teams.
Support the launch of new products in LATAM, including training, marketing alignment, and technical validation, and participate in regional and global product meetings to share insights and best practices.
Technical or Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
Proven strong field experience in technical roles within the healthcare or medical devices industry; IVD experience is a strong plus.
Proven ability to manage complex technical processes and support multidisciplinary teams.
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively across cultures and geographies.
Advanced English (spoken and written).
Advanced Brazilian Portuguese (spoken and written).
Spanish will be a differential.
Ability to travel 80%+, frequent overnight travel, and maintain a flexible schedule, often with short notice.
International travel will be required.
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Must have a valid passport and USA Visa.
