A leading mobility solutions company is seeking an Operations Manager in São Paulo, Brazil. The role involves developing pricing strategies and optimizing marketplace performance across Latin America. Marketplace is a team within the Rides LatAm Central Operations organization, dedicated to optimizing our operations. Earners and riders are the people who connect in our marketplace - and we manage both sides, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate pick-up times for our riders, while also guaranteeing equitable earnings and optimal utilization for our drivers. Our goal is to strike the right balance between growth and profitability, and this requires judgment to make difficult trade-offs, blending algorithms with human ingenuity, and the ability to create simplicity from complexity.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the marketplace pricing and incentives strategy for our products across LatAm, running large investments, supervising business performance and executing business analysis for continuous improvement. This role is vital in ensuring that our marketplace remains competitive, efficient, and aligned with our company's strategic objectives, and requires strong intuition for business, as well as analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
