Overview

Explore the Opportunity for a Marketing Leader: Dymind is seeking an experienced marketing head to lead our expansion and brand growth in Latin America. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, this role will oversee market development and strategic planning across the region, working closely with distributors, key opinion leaders, and cross‑functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the hematology analyzer market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to execute marketing plans that drive revenue growth and market share.

Responsibilities
  • Market Development & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market penetration.
  • Business Growth & Channel Expansion: Identify and manage distributor, dealer, and direct sales networks to optimize channel management and improve sales conversion.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in‑depth analysis of industry trends, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory policies in Latin America to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Brand Promotion & Event Planning: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities, including trade shows, academic conferences, KOL collaborations, and product campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Biomedical Science, Medical Devices, or related fields.
