Support Regional HR Strategy Execution
- Collaborate with the Area HR Manager to implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with regional and organizational goals.
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to regional business leaders to support decision-making and address workforce challenges.
- Ensure the effective execution of HR processes and programs within the region.
- Plan and review the HR Budget at Latam level.
Manage HR Projects and Processes
- Lead or manage medium to complex HR projects and initiatives within the region ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies, procedures and tools tailored to regional needs.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and drive incremental enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Support Talent Management and Development
- Partner with regional business leaders to identify talent needs and support succession planning efforts.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at attracting, retaining and developing top talent within the region.
- Provide guidance on learning and development opportunities to support employee growth and engagement.
Collaborate Across HR Functions
- Work closely with other HR functions such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development and HR Analytics to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to HR delivery within the region.
- Coach managers on the Red Bull Compensation philosophy and drive managerial empowerment through educated decisions within the Latam HQ teams.
- Act as a liaison between regional business leaders and the broader HR organization.
- Represent the HR function in regional cross‑functional meetings and initiatives.
Ensure Compliance and Best Practices
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices across the region.
- Provide guidance to business leaders and employees on HR‑related compliance matters.
- Stay updated on regional labor laws and regulations to mitigate risks and ensure adherence.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
- Proven professional with specialized expertise in HR Business Partnering or a related HR function.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and systems with a focus on operational and strategic HR delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage medium to complex HR projects and assignments.
- Experience supporting talent management, workforce planning and organisational development initiatives.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with the ability to handle complex assignments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and functions.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance requirements relevant to the region.
- Ability to operate under high‑level guidance and drive incremental enhancements to HR practices.
- Adaptability to operate in a fast‑paced dynamic environment and respond to changing regional business needs.
