Qualificações

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more.

  • Strong communication skills with a history of executive outreach.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by ensuring accountability for revenue-generating activities.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding team activities, opportunities, and risks.
  • Identify improvements in productivity, processes, and efficiency across the sales team.
  • Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to drive sales activities.
