What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and coach a team of 6-8 sales directors to implement successful sales strategies
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales team quotas by ensuring accountability for revenue-generating activities
- Provide regular updates to management regarding team activities, opportunities, and risks
- Identify improvements in productivity, processes, and efficiency across the sales team
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships to drive sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of 5 or more
- At least 10 years of relevant enterprise experience in sales, digital, and advertising roles
- Proven track record of exceeding multi-million dollar sales targets
- Strong communication skills with a history of executive outreach
- Ability to travel 20% of the time
