Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and employer branding teams to boost talent acquisition effectiveness.

Mentor and influence the recruitment of team members by leading through example and addressing hiring challenges proactively

Develop proactive hiring strategies informed by market trends, industry layoffs, competitor activities, and regulatory changes

Key performance indicators include managing seamless hiring processes, leveraging data for sourcing strategies, and leading process improvements

Recognized as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and actively foster a culture of mentorship and strategic problem-solving within the team
