A leading tech recruitment company is seeking a Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles. This remote position requires 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, strong sourcing abilities, and excellent communication skills, particularly in Portuguese. The ideal candidate will manage candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, while collaborating with hiring managers. Familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.

Qualificações

  • Maintain ATS data and recruitment reports
