Software Engineer (React.js) Key Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain scalable front-end applications using React.js and related technologies.

Implement reusable UI components and design systems that align with brand and accessibility standards.

Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and data models.

Write clean, maintainable, and testable JavaScript / TypeScript code.

Optimize application performance and ensure responsive, cross-browser compatibility.

Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions.

Stay current with emerging front-end trends, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

2-4 years of professional experience in front-end software development.

2-4 years of hands‑on experience with React.js and the modern React ecosystem (Hooks, Context API, etc.).

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or Sass).

Familiarity with RESTful APIs or GraphQL integrations.

Version control experience using Git and CI / CD workflows.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Next.js, Redux Toolkit, or other state management libraries.

Understanding of front-end testing (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility (WCAG) best practices.

Experience working with design systems or component libraries (e.g., MUI, Chakra UI, shadcn / ui).

Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js, Express, or serverless architectures).

Prior experience in an Agile / Scrum environment.
