David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a QC and Training Manager for its Gaming studios in São Paulo, Brazil.

Position: QC and Training Manager

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage Quality Control and Training functions
  • Oversee quality reviews, training delivery, and performance monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through quality and training initiatives
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and identify performance gaps
  • Develop and optimize quality processes and training programs
  • Review reports and present insights to senior management
  • Manage, coach, and develop QC and Training teams
  • Handle complex quality or training-related cases when required.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is an advantage
  • Strong experience in quality control and training operations
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Solid knowledge of quality standards and training methodologies
  • Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and data analysis
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
