Position Overview

Publisher Account Manager – SMB Publisher Team (Sao Paulo Office)

This role focuses on optimizing existing publisher relationships by upselling new initiatives and improving metrics on their sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow relationships with publisher clients.
  • Understand client KPIs and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics, proactively taking steps to improve performance.
  • Plan and forecast strategically in alignment with revenue objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales & Product teams to become a valuable internal and external resource.
  • Participate actively in a team‑oriented culture and assist other internal groups.
  • Act as the expert on revenue optimization for your book of business and become a trusted advisor for clients.
  • Identify trends through data analysis and market conditions to pinpoint highest‑value optimizations.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required.
  • 2‑3 years of professional experience, preferably client‑facing in the digital media/online publisher space.
  • Proven record with upselling and meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer service skills with a client‑centric mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to collect business intelligence, monitor trends, and forecast revenue.
  • High motivation, proactivity, dedication, and creativity to mobilize resources for the client.
  • Excellent attention to detail, well‑organized, and capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively.
  • Strong phone, email etiquette, and presentation skills.
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic familiarity with front‑end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Natural collaborator, able to work with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
