Promotions Coordinator supporting corporate clients of Evolution plays a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of promotional activities and campaigns that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and increase revenues. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative thinking will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives and the achievement of business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating promotional activities and cooperating with all involved internal departments and clients
2. Active client consultancy on promotional activities and projects (verbal and written)
3. Organization and roll-out of promotional campaigns according to clients’ requests
4. Developing new promotion concepts and ideas
5. Producing and analyzing promotional reports / collaborating with the data team
6. Constant evaluation of promotion campaigns to improve efficiency
7. Analyzing competitor activity related to Live Casino and Slots promotions
8. Assisting the Promotions Manager with daily tasks
9. Sourcing and procurement of studio decorations
10. Creating studio decorations and interior design elements using various materials
11. Decorating gaming floors for special events
12. Tracking inventory and maintaining order in storage spaces

Qualifications:

• Strong interest and passion for online casino and online gaming products
• Advanced English and Spanish skills (both spoken and written); knowledge of Portuguese is a plus
• Previous experience in Promotions and/or marketing is advantageous
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and general computer skills
• Data-driven, detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good multitasking and stress management skills
• Flexible working hours
