What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage the portfolio and backlog of clinical transformation initiatives, prioritizing based on impact and cost‑benefit
- Lead the planning, rollout, and evaluation of projects and pilots, ensuring successful scale‑up
- Collaborate with Coaching, Product, Analytics, and provider leaders to align goals and timelines
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop training assets for smooth adoption

What is Required (Qualifications)
- 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s degree
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a high‑growth practice/startup environment
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives from concept to implementation
- Experience managing projects with operational control over stakeholders and through influence
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
