Role
We are seeking a Project Manager – Client Liaison based in Brazil to act as the main point of contact for our US / Canadian clients.
This is a hybrid role that combines client relationship management with editorial oversight and light copywriting support.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison with US-based clients, managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Conduct Zoom interviews with Business Sellers (on behalf of brokers) to gather critical information for marketing documents.
- Supervise the work of our internal team (copywriters, designers, financial analysts), acting as an “Editor-in-Chief” to ensure documents meet both client expectations and BBMS Media’s standards.
- Step in as needed to edit and refine copy, particularly during the amendments stage.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication, capturing detailed feedback, and ensuring deliverables are on time and accurate.
- Provide weekly reporting and updates to senior management.
- Support business development initiatives by nurturing strong client relationships and assisting with upselling opportunities.
Working Hours
12:00pm – 8:00pm (São Paulo time) to align with US Central Time.
Remote / home office role.
Skills & Qualifications (ideal, but flexible)
- 100% fluency in English (spoken and written) — non-negotiable.
- Strong background in communications, journalism, marketing, or business (education or experience).
- 3-5 years’ professional experience in project management, client liaison, communications, or related roles, ideally with English-speaking clients.
- Excellent writing and editing skills — ability to review and refine documents with attention to grammar, tone, and flow.
- Familiarity with project management and communication tools (training provided).
- Ability to “speak the language” of copywriting, design, and financial analysis (enough to supervise, not produce).
