Role Summary :

The project manager will plan, lead, and ensure the successful outcome of projects using designated project teams, as well as the standards, practices, and tools established by Flowserve.

They will work directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all project activities are regularly communicated to the client and carried out according to technical specifications and agreed-upon project terms and conditions.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for overall project execution, performance, and safety (from project initiation to completion) across all assigned projects.


• Foster better customer relationships by creating a work environment free from unfavorable circumstances or perceptions for both parties, meeting or exceeding customer performance expectations.


• Track project progress from commercial proposal creation to final product delivery, ensuring expected margin during the quotation phase.


• Coordinate the activities of all matrix reports (per project).


• Responsible for managing spending expectations on each assigned project.


• Communicate project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues to all stakeholders.


• Follow appropriate escalation processes and take overall responsibility for all reporting.


• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, including experience in facilitating meetings and workshops.


• Perform other assigned tasks as required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a similar field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.


• Excellent estimation, scheduling, and budgeting skills.


• Proven experience in risk and change management.


• Experience using Microsoft Office.


• Project / program management experience.


• Experience in the engineered equipment industry.


• Ability to work in a team environment, problem-solve, and resolve conflicts.


• Adaptability, flexibility, and proactivity.


• Fluent in English.

Preferred :

• Advanced Spanish proficiency.


• Preferably PMI certified.


• Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification.


• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
