A remote telecom support company is looking for an experienced telecom professional to manage projects independently. Responsibilities include liaising with clients and carriers, conducting onboarding, and ensuring project timelines are met. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of commercial telecom experience and be fluent in English. This position allows for flexibility and ownership in a remote working environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Own telecom projects from contract signature to closeout.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Conduct client onboarding and manage timelines and dependencies.

Responsibilities
  • Own telecom projects from contract signature to closeout
  • Act as the primary liaison between :, Clients, Carriers, Vendors, Internal teams
  • Conduct client onboarding and attend sales handoff meetings
  • Order parts, schedule installations, submit and track number ports
  • Manage timelines and dependencies across all stakeholders
  • Proactively manage and set client expectations
  • Push carriers and vendors to meet commitments and deadlines
  • Ensure accurate billing setup and clean transition to support
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation in Utiliko
  • Create, improve, and document SOPs and workflows
  • This role is NOT:
    • A ticket-only role
    • A handoff-based position
    • A role that waits for instructions
    • Residential or call-center telecom support
Requirements
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • 3+ years of commercial telecom experience (not residential)
  • Hands-on experience working with : AT&T, Verizon, Spectrum, Comcast, Cox
  • Strong understanding of number porting, including : LOAs, FOCs, Rejections, Partial ports
  • Experience coordinating across : Sales, Installation, Support, Billing
  • Highly organized, professional, and self-motivated
  • Strong sense of urgency and ownership
  • Reliable phone and internet connection
  • Ability to problem-solve beyond scripts and checklists
