Responsibilities

• Lead contract execution and ensure compliance with all agency requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the agency’s CO and COR.
• Develop and maintain the PMP, MSRs, and PMRs.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and task prioritization.
• Manage risk, quality assurance, and issue resolution across all workstreams.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience.
• PMP certification.
• Experience managing federal IT contracts and deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting agency or similar federal programs.
• Familiarity with agency procurement frameworks.
