Core Responsibilities

1. Production Operations & Management

Oversee daily production management for both dry‑mix mortar and water‑based coatings lines. Schedule production tasks according to plan, ensuring production targets are met on time, in quantity, and to quality standards.

Supervise the entire production process from material preparation, feeding, and mixing to packaging and palletising, ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all stages.

Strictly execute the production schedule, optimise production cycle times, and improve equipment utilisation and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).

2. Team Management & Development

Manage daily shift operations, including personnel scheduling, task assignment, work guidance, and on‑site discipline supervision.

Organise and implement job skill training to enhance team members' operational skills, quality awareness, and safety mindset.

Conduct performance evaluations for shift personnel, providing continuous feedback and coaching to build a high‑performance team.

3. Quality Management & Control

Strictly enforce standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure process standardisation and stability.

Monitor in‑line product quality, perform regular checks at key quality control points, and prevent the occurrence of batch quality issues.

Collaborate with the Quality department to analyse, address, and track quality deviations in production, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4. Safety Production & 5‑S Management

Act as the primary safety responsible person for the shift, implementing company safety rules and regulations, organising safety training, and conducting hazard identification.

Ensure all employees strictly adhere to safe operating procedures, particularly those related to dust explosion prevention and chemical handling, to eliminate safety accidents.

Promote and maintain 5‑S management in the production area, creating a clean, orderly, and safe working environment.

5. Cost Control & Continuous Improvement

Monitor and analyse the consumption of raw materials, energy, and auxiliary supplies, striving to reduce production costs.

Assist in analysing equipment failure causes to reduce unplanned downtime.

Proactively identify waste in the production process, actively participate in and lead continuous improvement activities (e.g., Kaizen), and propose 合理化建议 (rationalisation suggestions).

Mandatory Requirements

College diploma or above in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Inorganic Non‑metallic Materials, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of production experience in the building materials industry, including at least 2 years in a Production Team Leader or Supervisor role. Must have production management experience in a dry‑mix mortar or water‑based coatings factory.

Familiar with the production processes, equipment principles, and operational procedures for dry‑mix mortar / coatings (e.g., mixers, automatic packing machines, powder conveying systems, liquid mixing & dispersing equipment).

Strong team leadership, communication, coordination, and on‑site problem‑solving skills.

Strong quality awareness, cost consciousness, and safety mindset.

Ability to adapt to a factory work environment and handle work pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior work experience with Sika or Saint‑Gobain is highly preferred.
