Responsibilities:

• Distribute and oversee team activities during the shift, ensuring execution in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety targets.
• Monitor and record operational indicators throughout the shift.
• Conduct alignment meetings with the team at the beginning and/or end of the shift.
• Identify process deviations and propose improvements or corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required (technical or higher education in progress in related fields is desirable).
• Previous experience in operational roles and/or team leadership.
• Knowledge of production processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work in shifts (day/night/rotating, as applicable).
