This role offers the opportunity to lead the digital acquisition strategy for a major e-commerce platform in the sports and retail sector. You will be responsible for driving growth by attracting new users, optimizing search and discovery experiences, and transforming product discovery into a sustainable engine of engagement and revenue. The position combines strategic thinking, data-informed decision-making, and hands-on execution, giving you autonomy to define initiatives that generate measurable impact. You will collaborate across engineering, design, and media teams to ensure scalable solutions while fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation. Accountabilities
  • Define and execute the digital acquisition strategy for web and app platforms, focusing on sustainable user growth
  • Lead SEO and discovery initiatives, including technical SEO, site architecture, and navigation improvements
  • Prioritize and implement high-impact growth initiatives, such as push notifications, growth loops, and product alerts
  • Translate business challenges into scalable technological solutions and actionable plans
  • Monitor and optimize user experience metrics, including session volume, organic conversion, and traffic retention
  • Act as a digital growth advocate, educating cross-functional teams and elevating organizational digital maturity
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and guide decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and media teams to align priorities and ensure smooth execution
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, preferably in digital acquisition or growth roles
  • Strong expertise in SEO, site navigation, search, and discovery experience
  • Proficiency with analytics and data tools such as GA4, Search Console, and SQL (BigQuery)
  • Experience driving initiatives from ideation to validation, including rapid testing and experimentation
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify market opportunities and advantages
  • Data-informed decision-making skills, with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization
  • AI-native mindset, leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis, reporting, and strategy development
