Overview

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute marketing programs to support the Facial Protection category
• Collaborate with sales teams, regional marketing teams, and key customers to understand business needs
• Participate in monthly S&OP processes and manage sales pipeline using Salesforce.com
• Conduct data analysis and market research to inform business decisions and identify opportunities
• Lead cross-functional teams in new product development projects and attend commercial/customer site visits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
• 3-5 years of business experience in Product Management, Marketing, and/or Sales; experience in Healthcare, Medical Device, or Life Sciences preferred
• MBA desirable or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and complete projects within required timeframes
