We are currently seeking an Engineering Assistant to join our team in Duque de Caxias, RJ. In this role, you will support engineering processes by managing technical documentation, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with global systems and teams all within an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and consult Bills of Materials (BOM) using BAAN ERP.
• Access and review technical drawings through the Adept document system.
• Analyze and ensure engineering documentation is aligned with project specifications and company standards.
• Support detailing of structural bases, protection elements, and accessory components for pumping systems.
• Use AutoCAD to edit and validate drawings (under supervisor guidance).
• Assist in the development of instrumentation and electrical designs.
• Respond to and help resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Collaborate with procurement, production, suppliers, and quality teams to support product lifecycle activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – all communication, documents, and systems are in English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Inventor, BAAN ERP, and technical documentation systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working with international teams and technical standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
