Future activities

• Work closely with product managers, engineers and customer teams to improve the traveller's user experience — working in sprints or related exercises to work through synthesizing insights and solution iterations.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in every aspect and a strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking.

You are also comfortable dealing with ambiguous requirements that require creative investigation.

Responsibilities

• Executing detailed and thorough wireframes and IA accounting for edge cases and technical constraints, grasp and distill highly complex issues and translate them into clean, focused, understandable solutions.
• Participate in various stages of the Design Lifecycle : from ideation to research, prototyping, validation, and design.
• Partner with Product Managers to rapidly validate concepts prior to development.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of experience working in a product design role
• Proven expertise in multiple areas of product design, including research, IA, visual, prototyping, etc.
• Experience with A / B testing
• Have a keen eye for usability principles and creating great user experiences
• Demonstrated experience working on projects from discovery through to shipping / iteration
• You are a driver who takes ownership of ensuring a rewarding experience is being delivered to our users
• Present one or more case studies that showcase your impact on the product
• Fluent English
