About de Role

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for managing the entire process of acquiring new products and services, overseeing everything from the initial request to final delivery.

This role includes developing suppliers and partners, negotiating prices and payment terms, preparing and monitoring purchase orders, and ensuring that deliveries comply with company policy.

Responsibilities and Attributions Responsibilities and Duties :

• Preparation of reports
• Budget management, supporting cost control in purchasing and ensuring that acquisitions remain within the established budget
• Identify, develop, and evaluate suppliers; negotiate prices, deadlines, and payment conditions
• Purchasing planning : work closely with other departments to anticipate demand for materials or services
• Market analysis : identify pricing trends and opportunities for cost reduction
• Supplier registration
• Creation and monitoring of purchase orders

Requisites and Qualifications Required Qualifications :

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Proficiency in ERP systems

Proven experience in the purchasing field

Strategic mindset with a focus on cost reduction and financial control
