Job Description

As our Principal Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision for PIX, enhancing our infrastructure to make international transfers feel as seamless as local payments, and driving growth by identifying new opportunities within the PIX ecosystem.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

• Choose your path to impact. You\u2019ll work with your team to create a vision of your own, with autonomy and accountability for your decisions, while gathering feedback from Wise colleagues.
• Build money without borders for LatAm & MEA. You will be building a product that helps millions of businesses and customers send and receive money to and from LatAm & MEA.
• Be on the forefront of solving a complex technical challenge. Wise is integrated into payment systems of many countries worldwide, with a growing scope. You will help scale this infrastructure and may set best practices for Wise and the industry.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• You have a proven track record in the payments space, specifically with PIX, and deeply understand its operational processes, risk management, and vendor landscape.
• You possess the technical depth to understand system architecture and engage in detailed, credible discussions with engineers.
• You excel at breaking down complex, ambiguous problems into logical, structured components and can articulate their importance to the bigger picture.
• You have a bias for action and are hands-on, with evidence of diving into analytics, speaking to customers, or writing your own queries to drive projects forward.
• You demonstrate the ability to lead without direct authority, aligning teams with conflicting priorities and leveraging expertise from other functions to reach a consensus.
• You have experience working in an agile setup within a fintech environment.
• Bonus points if you are comfortable analyzing large datasets independently and have experience mentoring junior Product Managers.
• You speak fluent English.
