Position: BI Analysts

We are seeking BI Analysts with strong technical and analytical skills, capable of evaluating and transforming dashboard landscapes, performing data exploration, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with Power BI or Tableau, possess a solid understanding of ETL and DWH concepts, and have experience in data modeling, documentation, and user support.

Key Requirements

• Experience analyzing and documenting dashboards and data products (“as-is” and “to-be” landscapes)
• Proficiency in data exploration, profiling, and gap analysis
• Knowledge of ETL and Data Warehouse concepts
• Power BI data modeling skills (Tableau experience also considered)
• Ability to validate and test dashboards for data accuracy and user requirements (including UAT)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with business stakeholders
• Experience documenting metadata, data definitions, lineage, and transformation logic
• Ability to develop user guides and support ad‑hoc analysis
• Fluent English is mandatory
